Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Ceramics
Carefully wrap each item in its original protective packaging and bubble wrap to ensure the delicate stoneware remains safe during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
